The 46th Alpine World Ski Championships took place in Cortina D’Ampezzo from 7^th to 21^st February, where Visa SpA was appointed by the organization team as Technical Supplier to grant all the back-up energy needed by the mains in the 14-day extraordinary event involving more than 600 athletes from 70 countries. 

The company had already handled global market challenges in all sectors, proving it is reliable and professional and is by no means new to top level commitments.

Today Visa employs more than 300 people and manufactures state-of-the-art machines at its factory in Fontanelle, North East Italy.

Italy-based Visa SpA, one of the world’s leading genset manufacturer, through its dealer in the Netherlands, has recently supplied a generator to the Gemaal Buma plant in Rutten near Lemmer, to cover emergency power and ensure the right protection of the proper working and the water management in the event of a power outage.

Exceptional commitment towards the turnkey project of supplying 1.25 MVA Backup Powerplant consisting of 3 units of electricity generators, playing a fundamental role in bringing relief for the Corona Virus patients in the form of uninterrupted power supply. Visa SpA, through its local distributor, was recently involved in providing highly reliable technological machines, to constantly support the exceptional protocols ensuring to cover all the increased requirements of power supply.
