The ZEUS WET PRIME series is designed to treat clean water, waste water and sewage containing solids in suspension. FAST self-priming capability allows the use of these pumps up to a to 8 m (without filling the suction pipe and avoiding the bottom valve). The ZEUS WET PRIME has a very high resistance to abrasive liquids: murky, muddy, sandy water with solids in suspension. Build with heavy-duty cast iron construction, this dry running pump is robust and cost-efficient.

SELF-PRIMING CENTRIFUGAL MOTOR PUMPS

Self-priming is the ability to suck air in the suction pipe when starting up the pump. This occurs by causing heavy fluid turbulence inside the pump body. Therefore, it is necessary to fill in advance, through the suitable upper door, the pump casing with the liquid to be pumped.

The commissioning of the impeller develops a turbulent circuit between the inlet and outlet areas of the impeller that causes air transportation from the discharge suction pipe. Here the air is separated due to sharp decrease of speed. All self-priming pumps are able to create a depression. This depression is widely enough to ensure, during pumping, a proper operation of the device.

PUMPS

Recommended for corrosive and/or abrasive & viscous liquids, compatible with cast iron, bronze, aluminium or stainless steel, which can contain air. They are produced in different versions depending on the specific application.

The standard version of the Zeus Wet Prime motorpumps is equipped with FPT Industrial®, BAUDOUIN® or DEUTZ® engines.

CONTROLLER and WEB MANAGMENT SYSTEM 

The motor pump is equipped with our controllers for alarm, engine speed, oil and fuel level and pump management. In addition, using the 4G kit, you can communicate with the motor pump remotely and control or manage it from your PC.
