WHAT IS AVR ?

• IT IS AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE;
• IT ADJUSTS THE ALTERNATOR OUTPUT VOLTAGE;
• IT PARTLY PROTECTS THE ALTERNATOR;
• IT STABILIZES THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE;
• NORMALLY IT IS MOUNTED ON BOARD OF THE ALTERNATOR.  

KEEP IN MIND

Each Alternator manufacturer has their own types of AVRs with their own technical and performance characteristics. 

You can choose to use the standard or a special one with different characteristics.
